Disclosed are an RSSI compensation method and apparatus, and a base station. The method comprises: acquiring current RSSI of a receiver; determining whether the current RSSI falls within a preset calibration interval; when the determining result is that the current RSSI falls within the calibration interval, determining a current compensation value according to a preset target calibration value and the current RSSI; and compensating the current RSSI with the current compensation value. By means of the present invention, the problem in the related art of inaccurate RSSI caused by gain decrease of an aging device such as a base station is solved. |
