PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of assembling a single-pole rotating electric machine by a method wherein a field winding and a brush holder are made in one body. CONSTITUTION:A coil unit 15 is assembled making a pair of circular field winding 4 with brush holders 7 and output wires 10 in one body using connecting bars 14, etc. After a rotor is assembled in a middle core 5b which is one of stator cores divided into three parts in the direction of shaft, a coil unit 15 is assembled. By this way, the assembling of field winding 4, the brush holders 7 and the output wires 10 can easily be performed, and the earthing of the output wires 10 and a compensating conductors 8 and the position regulation of the brush holders 7 against a rotor disk 2 becomes easy. |
