PURPOSE:To enable an electronic watch, which is equipped with a mechanism to correct time error automatically, to conduct the correction of time error and confirm operation with simplicity, by providing it with an indication of the map of the world in addition to the time-zone-difference informations. CONSTITUTION:In No.1 layer panel 20, indications of year, month, day, hour, minute and second are made by indication digitals of 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, respectively. No.2 layer panel 27 shows segments provided for zones of the same time difference. Now, if the No.2 layer panel 27 is indicated by an operating switch and any given operating switch is pressed one at a time, a segment showing a zone of the same time difference flashes and shifts. And therefore, it is possible in this way to set the time to any desired time-difference zone and to tell the present time in that zone. |
