<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the removal of HCl by a method wherein substance related with a reaction is injected into exhaust gas and pulverulent bodies formed as the results of reaction treatment are collected by means of a dust precipitator while the pulverulent bodies are catalytically reacted in the precipitator. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas containing HCl gas exhausted from an incinerator 2 for municipal refuse, industrial waste, etc. is cooled 3, and alkaline pulverulent bodies (for example, CaCl2 pulverulent bodies) belonging to Ca group, Na group, Mg group or the like are jetted from a reactant blast pipe 6, and brought and floated into the gas. Reactant pulverulent bodies are catalytically reacted with the HCl gas during the bringing, and pulverulent bodies formed as the results of the reaction treatment are collected by means of an electric precipitator 1 provided with a moving bed 4, and discharged outside the system. In this case, high voltage is applied to a discharging wire 5 mounted at the inlet side of the device 1, and the pulverulent bodies in the gas are electrified in space between the bed 4, whose potential is brought to zero, and the wire 5. The bed 4 is filled with the metallic pieces 8 of Fe, etc., and the pieces 8 are continuously extracted by means of a separator 10 every a fixed quantity, and circulated to an upper portion of the bed 4. Meanwhile, dust electrified is collected by means of the bed 4, downward moved with the pieces 8, separated by means of the separator 10, and extracted outside the system.</p> |
