PURPOSE:To continue the motor operation without damaging a driving device even though trouble has occured by reversing the rotating direction of the motor when the overload of the motor is detected, then, by rotating the motor in the forward direction again. CONSTITUTION:When a down signal of the cassette holder and the like of a VTR is given to a terminal 21, transistors Tr19, Tr15 and Tr18 are turned on through a flip-flop FF22, a motor 10 is rotated in the forward direction, and the cassette holder is lowered. If there is any obstacle in a half way, an emitter resistor 29 for said Tr18 detects this, a Tr30 is turned on, an FF25 is actuated, and the motor 10 is rotated in the reverse direction. Then, an up-limit switch 28 is compressed, the FF25 is stopped, the FF22 is actuated, and the motor is rotated in the forward direction again. Then, the sequence is repeated. Therefore, the driving is continued even though trouble has occured, thereby unattended machine and the like can be smoothly operated. |
