PURPOSE:To clean a outer surface of a rotor surely and easily by a method wherein a rotor is moved being rotated around its shaft and osculated to an adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 is placed on a holder 2a of a lifting mechanizm 2, and a brucket 3 for chuck is moved onto the rotor, and after the rotor is lifted by energizing the lifting mechanizm 2 a shaft of the rotor 1 is supported with claws 6, 6' for chucking so as to pivot freely through energizing of a cylinder, 5 for performing chucks, and lifting mechanizm is restored to a home position by moving downward. Next thereto an adhesive tape is fixed along a pressure plate 10 by tape retainers 20, 20' pressing the adhesive tape against a side of a main pressing member 9, and by the oscilating main body 9 moved downward through performance of a pressure exerting cylinder 13, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is pressed against the surface of rotor 1. In this configuration by the brucket 3 swept specified times, the rotor 1 is rotated being osculated to the adhesive tape. By this method sure and easy cleaning of a outer surface of a rotor can be performed. |
