PURPOSE:To enable water-containing waste materials to be smoothly treated by disposing the screw of the special shape fitted to the outside circumference of a revolving shaft, a waste material leadin port and guide grooves, as well as a discharge port, water discharge port, etc. to the barrel body fixed to the casing. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted by fitting the screw 3 having spiral ribs 3b to the outside circumference of the revolving shaft 3a to the barrel body 2 fixed to a casing 1, making the cross sectional area at a right angle to the axis between the screw 3 and barrel body 3 gradually smaller as it goes closer to the end, engraving plural lengths of guide grooves 24b in the lengthwise direction of the inside circumferential surface 2a, providing a waste material leadin port 1a to the rear part of the screw 3, a water discharge port 1b to the lower part behind the same, a water squeezing barrel 4, water discharge port 8 and waste material discharge port 5 to the end and further a cone 6 which is capable of pressing the barrel 4 axially and squeezing the discharge port 5 elastically to the end of the screw 3 and opening a feed water port 7 for cleaning of the barrel 4. The water containing waste materials are ground by a cutter 9 or the like and is smoothly dehydrated by the above mechanism. |
