<p>The metal framework is assembled as one unit in the factory and has a sill (1) two vertical risers (2) and a lintel casing (3), the sill and risers having stiffening plates (4) behind them. The lintel casing houses the rolling mechanism (7) for a shutter blind (8) the latter being guided by grooves (9) in the risers. The lintel casing also acts as a shutter for casting the concrete lintel (13), it has a metal grill (5) to take a finishing dressing, it has space for blocks of insulating material (6), and the back of the lintel casing (12) is detachable for access to the roller mechanism.</p> |
