PURPOSE:To obtain an optical disk having high reliability and stability by forming a recording film on a resin substrate on which guide grooves or the guide groove and information for sectors are provided and forming a reflecting film on the recording film and a protective film thereon. CONSTITUTION:The spiral guide grooves 12, the recording film 13 of a cyanine dye 13, the aluminum Al reflecting film 14, and the protective film 15 consisting of a UV curing type resin are formed in this order on the resin substrate 11 made of polycarbonate PC. As a result, the optical change of the recording film 13 having a small contrast is covered by the reflecting film 14 having a high reflectivity. The optical disk having the high stability and reliability is thereby obtd.; in addition, the interchangeability with compact disks is enabled. |
