PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult to properly use a different authentication system in accordance with whether or not the other radio terminal to be connected is a general-purpose terminal.SOLUTION: In a communication method in a radio communication network in which a first radio terminal is wirelessly connected to a second radio terminal in a peer-to-peer manner, the first radio terminal determines whether or not the second radio terminal is a general-purpose terminal on the basis of information to be received from the second radio terminal before performing an authentication procedure with the second radio terminal. The first radio terminal performs the authentication procedure with the second radio terminal by using a first authentication system when the second radio terminal is the general-purpose terminal, and performs the authentication procedure with the second radio terminal by using a second authentication system when the second radio terminal is not the general-purpose terminal in accordance with the result of determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
