The present invention provides a light control film capable of narrowing a viewing angle of a display apparatus, and a display apparatus having the same. According to the present invention, the light control film comprises a plurality of viewing angle control patterns provided in a lower surface of a base film. Each of the viewing angle control patterns can be provided in parallel with at least one lengthwise direction from first and second lengthwise directions of the base film.
