PURPOSE:To obtain a noncombustible peeling agent with superior peeling effect and high stability for a printed substrate by adding an alcohol and a nitroalkane to methylene chloride. CONSTITUTION:Methylene chloride is blended with 0.1-20, preferably 1-10wt% of an alcohol such as methanol, ethanol, propanol or butanol and 0.01-3, preferably 0.02-1wt% of a nitroalkane such as nitromethane, nitroethane or nitropropane to obtain a peeling agent. In order to enhance the stability of the agent diisopropylamine, 1,2-propylene oxide or the like may be blended. |
