<p>PURPOSE:To improve an adhesiveness of an anti-corrosive sheet on a complicated portion of a transport tube and to facilitate an application thereof by a method wherein a rubber sheet of ethylene-propylene terpolymer added with a valcanizing agent as well as a valcanization accelerator and capable of being valcanized naturally is utilized to cover the transport tube. CONSTITUTION:An unvalcanized rubber sheet 2, containing ethylene-propylene terpolymer or the same blended with butyl rubber, a valcanizing agent and a valcanization accelerator while capable of being valcanized naturally at a temperature of 50 deg.C more, and an adhesive layer 3 are laminated, and thus, an anti-corrosive sheet 1 is manufactured. The sheet 1 is wound under a tension to cover an outer periphery of an exposed cylindrical transport tube 4 and is duplicated at a jointing portion 5 thereof. Next, the anti-corrosive sheet 1 is affixed to a surface of the tube 4 and is valcanized naturally at a temperature of 50 deg.C or more to adhere and intagralize it. When the sheet 1 is even to be adhered on a complicated applying portion of the tube, supposed the unvalcanized rubber sheet is adhered under the tension, a stress thereof is eliminated immediately and the sheet may be covered along an outer profile of the portion closely. After the sheet is valcanized naturally, resistance against external damages and weather-reisitibility thereof may be well improved.</p> |
