PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve laser joint for, forming a minute structure exhibiting mechanical coupling effect in all directions, on a surface of a metal, and jointing the metal substrate and a molded plastic member at low cost.SOLUTION: Mixed metal powders are bonded to a joint planned surface of the metal substrate, then, laser cladding is performed thereto, for forming a superposition minute particle structure. The superposition minute particle structure surface and the plastic member are brought into contact each other and pressed, then laser beam is radiated to an interface of them. The plastic which is melt by laser heating, enters and covers the superposition minute particle structure for engagement, for jointing the metal substrate and the plastic member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
