PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating device improving the durability of an outer cylinder member.SOLUTION: A vibration isolating device 1 includes: an outer cylinder member 9 made by winding a flat plate-shaped member in a cylinder shape; an inner attaching member 11 disposed on an inner peripheral side of the outer cylinder member, coupled to the outer cylinder member through an elastic member 14, and coupled to either one of a vibration generating portion or a vibration receiving portion; and a rod portion 30 which couples the outer cylinder member to the other of the vibration generating portion and the vibration receiving portion. The outer cylinder member has a fitting portion 60 on which end surfaces on circumferential both sides of the outer cylinder member at the flat plate-shaped member oppose to each other. On at least a part of the fitting portion, a joint portion 61 subjected to joining is formed. When viewed from an outer peripheral side of the outer cylinder member, a part formed with a joint portion of the fitting portion, at least partially extends in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the outer cylinder member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
