The present invention relates to an installation structure of a membrane, to be mounted on a nozzle to partition the inside of an engine mount, while the nozzle is configured by integrating an upper portion and a lower portion of the nozzle between which the membrane is mounted. According to the present invention, the installation structure comprises: a lower portion of the nozzle having a lower opening and formed with a lower rib to partition the lower opening; an upper portion of the nozzle having an upper opening, and formed with an upper rib to partition the upper opening; and a membrane with a bottom surface and a top surface respectively formed with protrusions to come in contact with the lower rib and the upper rib, when the membrane is mounted between the lower and the upper portions of the nozzle. The installation structure has an effect of suppressing noises caused by a movement of the membrane, by preventing a vertical movement of the membrane as the protrusions of the membrane are in contact with the upper and the lower ribs.
