PURPOSE:To enable to perform succeeding process with low cost by means of microcomputer integrated, by widening the pulse intervals for th processed pulse with the frequency division circuit having suitable frequency dividing ratio. CONSTITUTION:The comparison circuit 14 consisting of a number of comparators which discriminates the magnitude of the particle signal is connected to the detection circuit 7 of the detector 8 via the amplifying circuit amplifying the signal to a given level. The frequency division circuits 15 having 10-50 of frequency division ratio provided parallelly with the number equal to that of the comparators are connected to the comparison circuit 14, and the input and output circuit 16 is connected to the frequency division circuit 15. Further, the operation circuit 17, read only memory 18, readout and write-in memory 20 and input and output circuit 21 are connected in parallel with this input and output circuit 16, and the display and recording units such as display unit 22 and recorder 23 are connected to this input and output circuit 21. |
