The present invention relates to a system and a method for establishing an energy-associated technology classification frame. According to the present invention, an energy technology service device comprises: a technology classification unit classifying frames including inputted energy-associated data and energy technology fields in the frames; and a frame establishing unit adding the energy-associated data as a detailed element of the classified energy technology fields in the classified frame. The present invention provides a system and a method for establishing an energy-associated technology classification frame, capable of providing technology information with regard to energy-associated data requested by a user search.
