The present invention relates to a method of preparing fermented organic baby food for immunity enhancement, and more particularly, to a method of preparing fermented organic baby food in which fermented metabolome for immune enhancement, cereals, vegetables, mushrooms, and medical herbs are mixed, thereby enhancing the immunity of an infant. According to the present invention, a method of preparing fermented organic baby food for immunity enhancement is characterized by including: a first step for preparing fermented metabolome for immunity enhancement and selecting and washing cereals, beef, vegetables, mushrooms, and medical herbs as ingredients; a second step for soaking the washed grains in water and then performing a primary milling; a third step for steaming the beef in which blood is removed before steaming; a fourth step for steaming the vegetables; a fifth step for steaming the mushrooms; a sixth step for steaming the medical herbs; a seventh step for putting the steamed beef, vegetables, mushrooms, and medical herbs into the grains milled in the second step and mixing the resultant mixture to prepare a secondary milled product; an eighth step for cooking the secondary milled product of the seventh step to prepare thin rice gruel; a ninth step for adding fermented metabolome for immunity enhancement into the thin rice gruel to prepare baby food; and a tenth step for processing and packaging the baby food. |
