The present invention relates to a centering apparatus to weld steel pipes. Fixating plates (30, 300) are provided to be movable in mutually corresponding directions on both sides, to rotate link plates (40, 400) with a fixated shaft to be rotatable having one end connected to the fixating plates (30, 300). The link plates (40, 400) rotate to move clamping plates (50, 500) outward with a fixated shaft to be rotatable with other ends of the link plates (40, 400). The clamping plates (50, 500) are able to improve work efficiency, and reliability in an accurate welding by allowing an easy and stable centering. |
