CONTROL METHOD OF L-LYSINE BLANCE USING NON-DESTRUCTIVE ANALYSIS FOR ITS CONTENTS OF PIG FEEDS BY NEAR INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY ANALYSIS

The present invention relates to a method for adjusting a lysine balance of a pig feed by analyzing a lysine content by using a non-destructive near-infrared spectroscope. The method comprises the steps of: (step 1) measuring a content of lysine in a pig feed by using an exclusive amino acid analyzer; (step 2) obtaining a near-infrared spectrum of a pig combined feed; (step 3) inducing a calibration curve through an optimizing procedure by using the near-infrared spectrum; (step 4) verifying the induced calibration curve; and adjusting a lysine balance of a combined feed by an analysis scheme developed through the previous steps. According to the method of the present invention, measuring is performing scanning at intervals of 5 nm by using a diffused reflectance scheme, and a regression analysis is a NIPALS repetitive non-linear partial minimum squared algorithm. SNV standard normal probability variable first derivation and second derivation are applied. A content of lysine in a pig feed according to the present invention is the sum of a content included in proteins and a content necessarily added in growing a pig. Accordingly, a lysine balance of a pig feed can be adjusted to ensure a normal growth and increase raising entities.
