Disclosed is a touch panel, comprising; a receiving unit for receiving response signals of a plurality of objects; and a control unit identifying positions of the objects based on different frequencies emitted by the objects, when the receiving unit simultaneously receives the responding signals. The present invention provides a touch panel capable of simultaneously measuring positions of a plurality of stylus pens.
