PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply impair conductivity on the surface of a winding core.SOLUTION: A winding core has: a first winding layer 1 formed by cylindrically winding a fiber impregnated with a resin; and a second winding layer 2 which is formed by winding a resin material containing a conductive material onto the surface of the first winding layer 1, and has a smooth surface. As a resin material constituting the second winding layer 2, a resin material is used which is impregnated with a resin formed by adding a carbon as a conductive material to a surface mat at a weight ratio of carbon to a resin is in a range of 0.5% or more and 1.0% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
