PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing device which can eliminate erroneous determination of a processing state.SOLUTION: A laser processing device is provided with: a first optical filter 7A which transmits only reflected light of a wavelength band particular to a material of a workpiece W in laser cutting out of reflected light H from a processing point by a laser beam; a second optical filter 7B which transmits only reflected light of a wavelength band particular to a material of a skid table 5; first and second light detection means 10A, 10B which respectively generate electrical signals in response to transmitted light quantities of the first and second optical filters 7A, 7B; and comparison operation means 15 which determines a processing state by the laser beam on the basis of the signal of the first light detection means 10A and the signal of the second light detection means 10B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
