PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with an openable cover which enables a magnetic attraction force acting on a space between a magnet and a magnet attraction member to be easily adjusted.SOLUTION: A device with an openable cover includes a magnet holder 310 which is attached to one member (an openable cover) 305 and holds a magnet 317. A holder attachment surface for attaching the magnet holder 310 is formed at the one member 305. The magnet holder 310 is fixed in a manner such that the magnet holder 310 may slide relative to the holder attachment surface so as to adjust an area R where the magnet 317 and an attraction part 320b of a magnet attraction member 320 overlap with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
