PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for through-holes of a printed-circuit board for protecting its strength from lowering by connecting input-output terminals being mounted on the surface of a printed-circuit board constituting a conductive circuit, with the surface by using cable. CONSTITUTION:A printed-circuit board 1 is provided with pads 16 on both a face 6 and the reverse face 7. An insulating layer 17 having cavities 18 is formed on the reverse face 7 except for the pads 16 and pads 19 for terminals. Pins 20 having a brim are set into the cavities 18, connected to the pads 19, and adhered. A flexible cable 21 is connected across the pads 16 on both the faces by thermo compression bonding. Thus, the need for through-holes is eliminated on the ceramic printed-circuit board 1, so that the need for an expensive processing equipment is eliminated, and the strength of the board is protected from lowering. In addition, since the pin- shaped terminals 20 are held by the insulating layer 17 respectively, their adherence is strong. |
