<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting and demounting operations of a photosensitive drum, by arranging the structure of the copying machine so as to render wide open the distance between the drum and the paper guide of the end of guide members by rotation of the members when a transfer charger is released. CONSTITUTION:When photosensitive drum 1 is released from the main body, guide members 2b are made apart from the circumference of drum 1, chargers 3, 5 are taken off from fixing stand 6, at that time, a bent plate loses side part 18 of symmetrical charger 3 in contact, whole guide members 26 rotate clockwise around shaft 11 by the forces of springs 16, 17, and stop at the position where the lower end of arm 7 strikes against pin 21 implanted in the main body. At this state, guide members 26 is made sufficiently apart from drum 1, permitting mounting and demounting operations of drum 1 to be made safely and smoothly.</p> |
