PURPOSE:To secure wiring from individual separated electrodes to a terminal on the reverse surface of a packing material by sticking a vibrator on an electrode on the top surface of the packing material and then by cutting the vibrator so that the electrode on the top of the packing material will be divided. CONSTITUTION:On the top surface of packing material 1, electrode 2 is provided by electrolytic plating and from this electrode, split electrode 2 with pitches and number corresponding to vibrator 3 divided into (m) pieces are elongated to the center part of the flank. To the top surface of this packing material 1, longish vibrator 3 is stuck and then cut so that electrode 2 on the top surface of packing material 1 will be cut. Then, flexible substrate 7 with the (m)-number lead wires 7' is used as wiring extending from electrodes 2' extended to the center part of the flank of packing material 1 to terminal 6 on the reverse surface of packing material 1, so that the wiring can be secured. |
