The present invention relates to an ID-based communication system and a data transmission control method for the same. A method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: generating and transmitting, by a data reception device, an information request message requesting data information of content corresponding to a content ID; receiving a response message, including the data information of the content corresponding to the content ID, from any one data provision device; determining one or more pieces of request data among pieces of data corresponding to the content based on the data information included in the received response message; generating a data request message requesting transmission of the one or more pieces of request data, and transmitting the data request message to the data provision device; and detecting, by the data provision device, the one or more pieces of request data, which are included in the data request message, among the pieces of data corresponding to the content, and receiving the detected data from the data provision device. |
