The present invention relates to a sterilization method using an apparatus for sterilizing seeds of sprout vegetables with ozone microbubbles. To solve a technical problem to be solved of the present invention, the sterilization apparatus comprises: an ozone generator for generating ozone; a pump for generating microbubbles using the ozone generated by the ozone generator; a sterilization tank connected to the pump so as to store ozone microbubbles; and a spray nozzle connected to the pump so as to allow the ozone microbubbles generated from the pump to be stored in the sterilization tank.
