This device comprises a dovetail gear(1) rotating at a fixed position, two recks(2a,2b) arranged in parallel with each other and geared with said gear two cam(12a,12b) established on the reck panel(2) in parallel each other to ensure a uniform velocity even though at the end part of the gear, and a sliding arm(11a) fixed on said gear so that the roller of the arm contacts with the cams. This gear system provides a uniform velocity coming and going movenent to a system fixed on the reck panel such as the felt washing device.
