PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic core of electromagnetic equipment having the voltage characteristic free from distortion by a method wherein a pair of cores are united using an adhesive material consisted of a nonmagnetic adhesive and particles of nonmagnetic material having enough size of diameter to prevent the saturation phenomenon of magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:Two ferrite pot type cores 1, 1A, for example, made in same form and their peripheral wall 2 and center core part 3 are made in one body respectively, and a coil 5 is put in the gap 4 leading out the coil ends from the grooves 6, 7, prepared on the upper face 2a of peripheral wall. Then two cores are united applying at the joining faces 2a, 3a an adhesive H constituted of a nonmagnetic adhesive like epoxy resin, etc., mixed with particles of nonmagnetic material like aluminium oxide, etc., having enough size of diameter to prevent the saturation phenomenon of magnetic circuit. As a joining part having an appointed gap length L is formed between the end surface of each core by this way, the saturation phenomenon of magnetic circuit is prevented and a voltage characteristic free from distortion can be obtained. |
