PURPOSE:To surely perform resetting, by using a time element circuit formed at the time of closing of application of electric power to an ATC unit to assure time large enough to reset a trouble detection relay. CONSTITUTION:When power is applied, a relay KR is operated and a resetting relay RSR for trouble detection relays is energized. As a result, the trouble detection relays CHR1-CHR3 are energized. At the same time, power is supplied to speed collation units 1-3 as well and an ATC unit starts prescribed operation. The time of resetting by the resetting relay is determined by the time constant of the time element circuit of a time relay TLR. For this reason, the time constant is set at a value much larger than the contact action time of the relays CHR1-CHR3. The value is larger than operation starting preparation time in the application of the power and is not smaller than such a value that the establishment of the initial condition of a relay contact circuit is ensured. The results in surely effecting the resetting. |
