PURPOSE:To balance the weight easily by providing a rectangular wing pieces, which are long in the direction of a shaft, from the outer surface of the shaft; forming arc-shaped winding guides, on which guide pieces are provided, on the edges of the wing pieces; and cutting the guide pieces after a coil is formed. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular wing pieces 2, which are long in the direction of a shaft, are extruded from the outer surface of a shaft 1. Wiring guides 3 comprising nylon and the like having arc portions whose rate of curvature is approximately the same as that of the shaft 1 are provided. Guide pieces 3b are extruded from both sides of the arc portions of the winding guides. Raw coil wire 4 is successively wound at the center of the inner surface of guides 3 formed on the edges of individual wing pieces 2. Then, the guide pieces 3b are cut and rotor is constituted. |
