A fuel supply system for a ship pressing natural gas at pressure required by an engine to be supplied to the engine is disclosed. The fuel supply system for a ship enables a liquefied natural gas and boil-off gas to be discharged from a fuel tank, and the liquefied natural gas discharged from the fuel tank is heated to be transferred to the engine. The boil-off gas discharged from the fuel tank is transferred to the engine after the boil-off gas is compressed by compression air until the pressure required by the engine.
