The present invention relates to composite powder with improved water repellency and oil absorbency, by uniformly impregnating inorganic powder particles into super water repellency porous polymer. According to the present invention, the composite powder is produced via an one-step spraying process involving a spray drying process or an electro-spraying process, and thus increases porosity of porous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). In addition, since nanoparticles of titanium dioxide (TiO2) are uniformly impregnated, it is possible to create super water repellency and maximize oil absorbency as well.
