The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flexible substrate, comprising the steps of: mixing an organic precursor with organic solvent and preparing organic resin; coating the organic resin on a carrier substrate; primarily heat-treating the coated organic resin by positioning a heat source to transfer a heat transfer pattern to the coated organic resin; and secondarily heat-treating the primarily heat-treated organic resin. The present invention can easily disperse stress applied to a local part by repetitive bending or pulling.
