PURPOSE:To enable automatic manufacture of a coil possessing uniform quality by a method wherein devices for wire stripping, wire holding, wire feeding, wire cutting and wire winding respectively are disposed in sequential order. CONSTITUTION:A wire stripper A which peels a insulation covering 1 of a metal wire 2 and disposes lead wires of a coil L, a wire holder B which holds a metal wire 2 in position during disposition of lead wires, a wire feeder C which feeds a specified quantity of a metal wire 2 in a constant direction, a device D which cuts a metal wire 2 and a winding device E which forms a coil L are disposed in sequence. By this method, because twisted irregularity of the disposed and peeled metal wire is corrected, coils L which have uniform quality can be manufactured with a automatic control device for mass production. |
