<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the noise by a method wherein a coil is wound around the outer drum of a cylindrical coil bobbin which is fitted on a laminated ion core and the inner drum of the bobbin is pressure urged against the laminated iron core by the coil. CONSTITUTION:Coils 8, 9 are respectively wound around the outer drum of cylindrical coil bobbins 5, 6 which are fitted between central legs 3c, 4c and side legs 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, of a iron core 1 which is covered with a coating layer on a laminate, and insulating sheets 17, 18 are applied on the outer surface of those coils, and in addition to this, inner drums 5, 6 of coils are pressure urged against the core 1 by coils 8, 9. And inner central parts of I shaped laminated yoke 10, 11 are placed to face toward tips of central legs 3c, 4c with gaps 12, 13 and connecting plates 15, 16 for both sides are fixed between concave parts 14 for retaining by pressing. By this construction vibration of a coil and a core is suppressed and noise generation is eliminated.</p> |
