<p>A module mounting and assembly worktable for printed circuit boards is effectively earthed by connecting a conductive top plate via the frame to a conductive earthed base plate on the floor. The pick-up trays are also made of conductive material. The pref. material for the top plate is Al to which a conductive synthetic resin with a leakage resistance of 5.104-107 ohm has been bonded by a conductive adhesive. Suitable resins include Mipolam, noraplan, Deliplan and plasmatter (RTM). The trays are either Cu- Ni- or Chrome plated or made of Al. This ensures that modules are not damaged by electrostatic charges.</p> |
