PURPOSE:To obtain the position set unit for picture input and output head which can accurately set the input and output area of objective picture part. CONSTITUTION:ROM1, ROM2 ae memories which store the maximum read-in range of original, and the content and that of the registers Rx, Ry are compared for magnitude at the comparators Cp2-Cp5. Accordingly, the X coordinate of the optical head Oh is within the maximum readout of the content of the register Rx and ''1'' is outputted via the AND circuit AND x only when it is between X1 and X2, and the display unit Dx performs illuminating display. This is the same to the Y coordinate of the optical head Oh. The output of the AND circuit ANDy is inputted to also the system controller CNT to control the drum drive motor Ac and the optical head drive pulse motor Pm. The optical head Oh is slided left and right (toward Y coordinate) with the screw mechanism directly coupled to the pulse motor Pm. |
