PURPOSE:To obtain the D/A converter with great accuracy, by forming the resistance circuit network producing weighted current or voltage with polysilicon conductor without voltage dependancy. CONSTITUTION:The resistors Rn, Rn+1 using electric resistance given to polysilicon, switches Sn-1, Sn, Sn+1 and gate electrodes 21-23 formed with polysilicon are provided. The voltage at the junction of the polysilicon resistors Rn, Rn+1 is led to the source electrodes 18-20 of each transistor with the wirings 31-33, and the voltage appeared at the drain electrode is connected via the wiring 27 to the output, allowing to constitute the resistance circuit network and the switch circuit network. Thus, the D/A conversion output can be obtained with the resistor division with good accuracy. |
