<p>PURPOSE:To indirectly measure moisture amount in the absence of contact by detecting the radiation energy radiated from the measuring target. CONSTITUTION:The radiation type moisture meter 1 is constituted by an optical system 1, detectors 3-5, operator 6 and indicator 7. As a result of this, the radiation energy radiated from the measuring object 8 goes through a condenser lens 14, half mirror 15. Further, the split radiation energy 12 enters respective interference filters 19-21 by way of a reflecting mirror 17 and half mirror 16 and further the split radiation energy 13 enters these by way of a reflecting mirror 18, after which they enter detectors 3-5 via chopper 22. Thence, they become electric signals V1-V3 which are then input to an arithmetic circuit 23, from which they are input as the information data of the moisture amount of the object 8 to a divider 24. The ratio with the reference electric signal V0 from the detector 10 connected to a reference value generator 9 is taken and is displayed as moisture amount in an indicator 7.</p> |
