PURPOSE:To execute a magnetic head with a high reliability by joining a high saturation magnetic flux density magnetic substance substrate, to which a track groove forming glass mold is executed, to a ceramic plate, etc., and thereafter, grinding it. CONSTITUTION:First, a high saturation magnetic flux density magnetic substance 5, in which a track groove 2 to decide a track width is formed, is joined to a nonmagnetic ceramic plate 1. A block obtained in such a way is lap-ground, it is made into the core half body of one side, and it is joined with a ferrite core half body 8 of the other side. Thus, since an internal stress is hardly generated in the high saturation magnetic flux density magnetic material 5 provided on a gap opposite surface, the magnetic head is made into one with a little high saturation magnetic flux density magnetic material separation, a little ferrite crack, and a high reliability. |
