PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance inverter which allows for compaction and cost reduction by eliminating waveform unbalance between sections, and reducing the number of second harmonic resonator devices, and in which the working voltage of switches is low.SOLUTION: A resonance inverter includes a first switch 11 and a second switch 15, a first capacitive element 6 and a second capacitive element 12 connected in parallel with the first switch and a second switch, respectively, a first coil 7 provided between the first switch and an input voltage terminal, a second coil 13 provided between the second switch and input voltage terminal, and a third coil 9 and a third capacitive element 10 connected in parallel with the series circuit of the first and second coils, and connected in series with each other. A plurality of first resonance circuits are constituted of the first and second capacitive elements and the first and second coils, and one second resonance circuit is constituted of the third coil and the third capacitive element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
