Low-slung suspension for bus - has support frames curved over axles and with lateral guide wheels

A low slung suspension for a bus has the axle linked to a support frame by two sets of elastic couplings in the centre of the frame at each side. The couplings allow small steering movements of the otherwise rigid axle for automatic guidance steering. The suspension has a low height, with the support frames bent over the axles. The guidance steering uses sensing wheels (39) set horizontally to roll along guides along each side of the track. This system is used for buses which can operate on ordinary roads as well as on special tracks.
