PURPOSE:To reduce a forming process and to cut a plant and equipment investment, by a method wherein an undercoat with a superior transparency and smoothness is applied on a transparent resin form, topcoated with a high light- screening coating material, and irradiated with YAG laser light, whereby the topcoat on a display part is evaporated. CONSTITUTION:On a transparent resin form 2, an undercoat 3 is applied with a coating material superior in transparency and smoothness and easy to separate from a topcoat 5. Thereon, the topcoat 5 is applied with a coating material with high light-screening properties. The work is irradiated with YAG laser light 8, whereby the topcoat corresponding to a display part 6 is evaporated. In the aforesaid construction, the topcoat and the undercoat can be bonded with each other without a sputtered layer in between or mixing with each other. Since the topcoat has a larger laser-energy absorptivity than that of the undercoat, the undercoat is never evaporated by a laser light irradiation, but only the topcoat corresponding to the display part is evaporated. Therefore, the process of forming the sputtered layer can be omitted, and the reduction of process and the cut of plant and equipment investment can be realized. |
