PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical electric-field augmenting device with which it is possible to hold the cells of a specimen such as a living body without causing them to extinct and measure a secular change in the Raman spectrum of a substance discharged from the specimen, etc., with high accuracy, and a method for using the same, an optical measurement device, and an optical measurement method.SOLUTION: The optical electric-field augmenting device comprises: an optical electric-field augmenting substrate 20; a liquid holding part 2 for holding a liquid in the minute rugged metal structure 25 of the optical electric-field augmenting substrate 20; a support member 4 disposed in the minute rugged metal structure 25 within the liquid holding part 2 facing the minute rugged metal structure 25 with a space therebetween, the support member supporting a specimen S and making substance discharged from the specimen S permeate; a liquid inflow pipe 6 for making a liquid flow in from the outside of the liquid holding part 2 into a passage 5 configured by a space inside the liquid holding part 2; and a liquid outflow pipe 8 for making a liquid flow out from the passage 5 to the outside of the liquid holding part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
