The port delivers air into a room, and it is esp. designed for incorporation in the ceiling. It comprises two profiled strips which are spaced apart and which have guide members between them hinging about their lengthwise axes. Each member comprises two or more V-section air deflector blades (1, 2) spaced apart so as to form an angled passage (3) between them. They are joined at the ends to round coaxial discs (5), their parallel lengthwise edges (6-9) intersecting those (10) of the discs.
