The purpose of the present invention is to provide a power-saving lighting device using plasma of which a supporting structure is manufactured in a lamp shape, thereby improving lucidity. Light of five colors is emitted by a plasma lighting unit and at the same time the emitted light is reflected by the supporting structure, thereby improving discrimination. In addition, five colors are produced so that various types of landscape lighting can be developed to have a ripple effect. It is possible to automatically control the plasma lighting unit to be turned on and turned out and selectively adjust lighting at a desired time and a lighting hour. A lamp is automatically turned on or turned off by sensing a human body which comes close to the plasma lighting unit, thereby preventing unnecessary waste of energy.
